THE ELEMENTS OF YOGA ARE A GREAT ADDITION TO OUR DAILY SCHEDULE. BY EXERCISING TOGETHER, WE CAN AWAKEN OUR BODIES TO THE CHALLENGES OF THE DAY, RELAX AFTER A HARD WORKOUT OR WORK ON OUR CONCENTRATION.

During Volleyball Camp, everything is tailored to our training sessions. This is when you soak up the most important knowledge for you and take in what you came here for, which is skills. We are ready to give you as much as possible, but we also want you stay focused and ready to use this knowledge.

We know how difficult it is these days to concentrate and focus your attention for more than a few minutes. That is why we want to work on this and with the help of exercises with yoga elements. By working on breathing techniques and calming down, we can improve our concentration. Yoga can also be a physically demanding and energetic workout. You will be best convinced of this in the morning sessions, when we serve you with an awakening class. Exercises with music and in pairs can be fun and go beyond the usual image of yoga. Reducing the risk of injury and relaxation exercises are a good way to treat a tired and tense body after a hard workout. Yoga classes will also be a method for us to recover and prepare for our next workouts.

On the way to our goal, we are open to different ways to help us achieve it. By taking part in the Volleyball Camp too, try to keep an open mind to other people and other methods, and then you will be able to judge their effectiveness yourself.
